How delivery works at JJA Store, and how to return or exchange an item — right at your door, when your order arrives.
Delivery
- We deliver to all areas of Lebanon. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days.
- After you order, we confirm the details with you by phone or WhatsApp before sending it.
- The delivery fee is usually 5 $ anywhere in Lebanon. It is set by our delivery company and can change with their rates and fuel costs — the current fee is shown at checkout, and we confirm the final amount with you before sending your order.
- Payment is cash on delivery — you pay when your order arrives.
Check your order at the door
When the courier arrives, open your package and check your items — the size, the colour, the fit and the condition — before the courier leaves. Try them on if you like; the courier will wait.
Returns & exchanges — before the courier leaves
- If something is not right, you can return or exchange it on the spot, before the courier leaves.
- Exchanges for another size or colour depend on stock — we will arrange the new item with you.
- Once the courier has left, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you decide not to buy
If you decide not to keep your order when it arrives, you only pay the delivery cost to the courier.
