These terms apply to every order placed with JJA Store on jjastore.com, by WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products & prices
- All prices are in US dollars ($) for the product only; the delivery fee (usually 5 $ anywhere in Lebanon) is added at checkout. The delivery fee can change with the delivery company’s rates and fuel costs; we confirm it with you before sending your order.
- We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but they can look slightly different on screens.
- Prices and availability can change without notice. If a price was shown by mistake, we will contact you before sending the order.
Orders
- After you place an order we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the details cannot be confirmed — you will not be charged.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery, in US dollars or the equivalent in Lebanese pounds at the day’s rate.
Delivery, returns & exchanges
Please check your items when they arrive. Returns and exchanges are only possible before the courier leaves; after that, items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you decide not to buy, you pay the delivery cost. Details are in our delivery & returns policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for the details you enter. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered in good condition. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
